AI photo organizer · Early access: Sort a whole trip in one sentence. Then share it as a gallery.

Upload a folder of photos and videos and describe how to group them: by place, by day, by subject. The organizer drafts the sections and flags the near-duplicates. Review the draft, then publish when you are ready.

Built-in assistant and photo analysis: early access for selected accounts. Trial signup does not automatically grant access.

How it works

From a folder to a finished gallery.

  1. 01

    Upload and save a draft

Add a folder of photos and videos to a new gallery and save it. Your originals stay in your library.

  2. 02

    It reads every photo

Capture time, location and camera data from the files, a description of what is in each frame, and checks for near-duplicates.

  3. 03

    Say what you want

“Group this trip by place.” “Keep the best five per section.” Plain words are enough.

  4. 04

    Review the draft

Sections, titles and hidden shots appear in the editor. Move photos, rename sections, unhide anything, or undo the whole change.

  5. 05

    Publish when it reads right

Publishing is a separate step. Choose public, unlisted or invite-only access.

What you can ask

Restructure, curate, or just ask a question.

These are real kinds of requests the organizer handles. Mix them: group first, then keep the best of each group.

Structure

  • Organize my photos and videos by day
  • Group this trip by place
  • Group them by what is in the photos
  • Wide views first, then the details

Curation

  • Keep the best five photos per section
  • Hide the near-duplicates
  • Hide all videos
  • Show everything again

Questions

  • Which videos show the beach?
  • Which section has the most photos?
  • Do I have photos of the marina?

What it looks at

It works from what is in your files.

When information is missing, the organizer says so instead of making it up.

When and where
Capture time and GPS location come from the file metadata. If a photo has no location, it stays unknown; the organizer does not guess it from similar-looking photos.
What is in the frame
Each photo gets a short description and a visual fingerprint, so you can group by subject or ask questions.
Near-duplicates
Conservative checks flag bursts and repeated shots so you can hide them. For videos, only exact copies count as duplicates.
Videos
Up to six frames are sampled across each clip. Audio is not analyzed, so answers about a video describe what is visible in those frames.

Good to know

Where to ask, what it costs, where photos go.

In the editor or your AI chat

Use the early-access assistant inside the gallery editor, or connect an AI client over MCP and plan the gallery in conversation. Both edit the same saved draft.

Monthly AI photo allowance

7-day trial
25 photos
Advanced
500 photos/month
Pro
5,000 photos/month

These allowances apply to accounts with early access. Each photo or video counts once, when it is analyzed. A connected AI client runs on its own subscription.

What happens to your photos

Analysis runs on photos you save to a gallery draft. Photos and sampled video frames are sent to third-party AI providers to describe them. Location, camera data and analysis results stay on our servers and are not published with your gallery.
